By attending BSides Harare, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and harassment-free experience for everyone.

All participants must treat others with respect, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Communication should remain professional and constructive, even during disagreements. Respect others' personal space—both in person and online. Follow all event rules and guidelines set by organisers and venue staff. Any breaches of this Code of Conduct must be reported to the organisers immediately.

The following will not be tolerated: harassment (including offensive comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwanted photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, or sexual attention), discrimination or hate speech, disruptive conduct during sessions or networking, unsolicited sales pitches or aggressive marketing outside designated sponsor zones, unauthorised sharing of confidential or sensitive information, and failure to comply with organiser or venue staff instructions. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited and must be reported if witnessed or experienced.
